Opening

#1 Basic Opening
Our service technicians will start up your equipment, remove antifreeze and plugs from lines, install baskets, ladders and lights, and add pool chemicals (typically liquid pool shock and algaecide).

#2 Extended Opening
Everything in the Basic Opening plus cover removal.  (If you have a solid tarp cover, we require the top of the cover be pumped off and the water level raised up to mid-skimmer level.)

#3 Premier Opening
Everything in the Extended plus vacuuming of the pool.  All work is billed at time and material.  Let us know what you would like done so we can allocate enough time.  (Please have your water level 6 inches higher than normal.)

Closing

#1 Basic Closing
Our service technicians will drain equipment, blow out and plug lines, add anti-freeze and chemicals (based on water condition and gallonage) and remove ladders and lights.

#2 Extended Closing
Everything in the Basic Closing plus installation of a safety or tarp cover.

#3 Premier Closing
Everything in the Extended Closing plus lowering the water.  All work is billed at time and material.  Let us know exactly what you would like done so we can allocate enough time.
TIPS FOR OPENING YOUR POOL
If opening later than May 15, open your cover in the deep end and add extra chlorine to control algae.
Safety cover owners: The sooner you open the pool, the cleaner it will be.
Store winter cover in a place where animals will not be able to nest in it or chew on it.

TIPS FOR CLOSING YOUR POOL
Do a complete water test prior to closing. A balanced pool will be much easier to open.
Tarp cover users: Check water bags. To save labor charges, fill and place them around your pool prior to our arrival.
Store solar cover in a safe place away from animals that may nest or chew on it.
Open your tablet chlorinator valve all the way to help elevate chlorine level to at least 5ppm.

FOR #1 AND #2 CLOSINGS, your water should be at the following level:

Tarp Covers: 4″ below skimmer plate
Safety Mesh Covers: 8″-10″ below skimmer plate
Auto Covers: bottom of skimmer plate
